VICON Spiral Pipe Cutting System

The NEW Spiral Pipe Cutting System (patent pending) can be used as a Stand Alone machine or can be tied into an existing Vicon Plasma Cutting System for direct download from your Vicon Plasma Cutting Programming Station.

Cut 4" to 60" round pipe ranging from 26 ga. to 16 ga. This round duct and spiral duct cutting machine utilizes Plasma Automation's patent and patent pending system. Trim, miter, and make tap connections to the end of round duct pipes. This machine cuts holes, slots, and other various shapes into round and spiral duct for branches and registers to attach. The software that generates the patterns and shapes also has the ability to add allowances that adds or reduces the shape and pattern sizes for allowing connections either to or from other pipes or items.

ViSoft Cutting Software Program for Windows

The ViSoft software is menu-driven and user-friendly. Written and supported by Plasma Automation’s experienced team of in-house programming engineers, we are consistently enhancing and updating the Vicon program to continue to bring users the latest and greatest in functionality. Features include a full array of shapes with user-defined libraries, Super Nest and common line cutting for the ultimate in material utilization, time saving DXF file importing including Auto Kerf and Auto Lead-In, and a true CAD sketch program…to name a few.

Pittsburgh Seam Closer

Heavy Duty "Single V" forming roll will close the Pittsburgh seam from either side, eliminating the need to turn the duct section over to align the Pittsburgh edge with the forming wheels.

Duct Brake

Forms TDX flanged duct with quick and easy positioning and 90° bending. End Flange, L-Duct Section, Full Wrapper Duct and Fittings.
